General Conference Study Sheets

I have this amazing friend, Danielle. Each week she is stuck in the car with me for 2 hours as we drive to and from our weekly ‘Gathering’ for Pathway (haven’t heard of Pathway, check it out HERE!). For two hours we talk about all kinds of things. A few weeks ago she shared something with me that her Religion teacher shared with her, and she told me I needed to make a printable. Her teacher had shared a great system… Read more »

Hello! It’s Marissa from Prickly Pear Design Co.  and I’m excited to be sharing these cute little Pick Me Up Treat Tags with you today!  A few weeks ago, I got called to be the Compassionate Service Leader. When I heard those words, I automatically thought “babies, surgeries, funerals…” but compassionate service is so much more than that. Compassionate service is a chance not only to help out in times of need, but to uplift. And as I thought about… Read more »

Principles of Peace Study Card

The Prince of Peace Easter campaign from Mormon.org begins this Sunday, April 9th. Part of the campaign is to focus on eight principles to honor Jesus Christ and find His peace in your life. I created a great countdown activity and journal that you could do as a family, but I decided to also create a simple Prince of Peace Study Card that you could keep beside your bed, in your scriptures, on your fridge, or anywhere really, to help you study… Read more »

Hello again! I am Shannon, Sheena’s sister. She asked me to post some printables that I have designed for primary. This post is the first. I’ll be posting more soon so check back often. Are you looking for a simple thank you gift for primary teachers or substitutes? This LDS Primary Thank You Gift Idea is a great way to thank anyone who helps in primary. This free printable reads “We’d be Nuts if we didn’t thank you! Thanks for… Read more »

LDS YW Personal Progress Rainbow

A few years ago I served as the Personal Progress Advisor in our ward. I loved coming up with ideas to encourage the Young Women to work on their Personal Progress. I have been released from that calling for quite some time, but I still like to come up with fun ideas to get Young Women to work on their Personal Progress. This ‘YW Personal Progress Rainbow’ idea has been an idea that I have had in my mind for a long… Read more »

March 2017 VT Idea

It’s time to say goodbye to another month, and begin again. I’m actually a little bit ok with it because that just means we’re getting closer to Spring. Here in Idaho we still are covered in snow, and I mean covered! Last week I started thinking about this month’s Visiting Teaching message, and what I could share. I thought of the word ‘Power’ and thought of using Powerade, but I already shared that before (you can see that idea HERE). I… Read more »

Christmas Service Activity

I would have to say that my favorite holiday is Christmas, and the reason I love it so much is not because of the wonderful music, or the delicious treats, but the spirit of giving that fills the air during this time of year. This last year, my family started delivering treats to friends and neighbors each Sunday afternoon. My children loved helping me bake up some delicious treats, and then choosing families to deliver them to. A few months… Read more »

LDS Personal Progress Halloween

It’s always fun to come up with a Personal Progress incentive around the holidays. While at the Dollar Store a couple weeks ago, I found these eyeball gum balls and thought they would make a great Personal Progress Halloween Treat. Halloween is on Monday, but these treats are simple to put together, and would be perfect to pass out this Sunday. I thought the eye gum balls were cute, and would make a great handout to encourage the YW to… Read more »

How can I prepare now to become a righteous wife and mother?

I haven’t shared a handout for ‘Come Follow Me’ lessons in awhile, so I took a look at the August topic and came up with something. I am LOVING this cute handout, and I know the youth in your ward will love it as well. How can I prepare now to become a righteous wife and mother? The handout I am sharing today would be great for the lesson, ‘How can I prepare now to become a righteous wife and… Read more »

September Come Follow Me Lesson

My Young Women chapstick handout has been a popular post here on Little LDS Ideas. I created this handout to go along with the September ‘Come Follow Me’ lesson: “How Do the Things I Say Affect Me and Those Around Me”. It’s been 3 years since I first posted this ideas, so I thought it was time for a little update. I have seen this chapstick poem all over Pinterest. It has been used for Activity Days, YW Camp Pillow Treats, and now a YW lesson handout! I… Read more »
