A few weeks ago I shared some Young Women Calendar and Task sheets here on my site. I decided that all of you wonderful Primary leaders would probably enjoy something similar as well. Today I am finally sharing my Primary 2019 Monthly Task Sheets and Calendar Pages. I hope that these will help you be able to feel a little bit less stressed as we begin this new year full of exciting changes.
First, we have the Primary Monthly Task Sheets. My primary task sheets are a little different than my Young Women sheets. For my Primary Task Sheets I have fit everything onto this one sheet, except for the calendar.
At the top of the sheet you will see a section where you can write down the talk, scripture (or Article of Faith), and prayer. I tried to leave enough room so that you could write the name for Jr. and Sr. Primary, I hope it’s big enough.
Beside that is an empty box where you can write down the birthdays for that month. With only 5 minutes for opening exercises, you might choose to sing to all the children with birthdays at the beginning of the month. Or you might not have to sing to them at all. Whatever your plan is I thought it would help to have the birthdays written down so you can remember the children throughout the month and tell them Happy Birthday on their special day.
The next section is for Singing Time. I have listed each week and left room for you to write down the song that your Primary will be focusing on. You can write down the activity that will be used or anything else that you need for Singing Time.
Beside that is the Lesson Schedule for that month. I understand that everyone has Stake Conference at different times throughout the year, so for those weeks you will just be skipping the lesson that is listed.
The last section is a big blank box labeled Presidency Meeting/Notes. This section is great for all those other notes that pertain to your calling. It might be something that you need to do before Sunday, or maybe a note about an activity 2 months away. This is your space to write down whatever you’d like.
2019 Primary Calendar Pages
In addition to my Primary Monthly Task Sheets I have included 12 Calendar pages. I always have to have calendar pages in my binder, no matter what calling I have.
Each calendar page is labeled with the dates and space for you to record all those important dates. At the bottom of the calendar page I included another empty box for any additional notes. Sometimes the tiny calendar boxes just don’t have enough space for extra information that you might need to jot down, so I went ahead and helped you out by including a box “additional notes” box with plenty of space to write down any extra info.
I hope that my Primary 2019 Monthly Tasks Sheets and Calendar Pages are helpful and help you feel a little more at ease. I would love to hear if you use them so be sure to leave a comment and share with your friends.
As always, thank you so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful day!
