Have you heard that I’m on Periscope? Have you heard of Periscope?

Periscope is a live streaming video mobile app. Kind of like YouTube, but live…and for mobile devices.

My initial thought on Periscope was ‘No Thanks!’. Then I decided to watch a few of my friend’s scopes. I looked around the app a little, and was a little shocked at some of the accounts I saw. I was ready to delete the app because I didn’t want that ‘garbage’ on my phone or around my children.

But then I had a thought…

Even if I decide not to use Periscope, that ‘garbage’ will still be there. So instead of doing NOTHING, why not DO something. Why not SHARE GOODNESS!

I thought about this for a few days, and even discussed it with my husband. Was I really going to video myself…LIVE?!?!

I finally decided, YES! Yes, I am going to do this!

And that is how “Talk Tuesday” was born.

Every Tuesday at 1:30 pm (MST) on Periscope I will be hosting a video where we will discuss different conference talks. This last week we studied Elder Lawrence’s talk:

“What Lack I Yet?”

Great talk! Have you read it?

To help you and I with our studies, I decided to create a General Conference Study Sheet. We can use this study sheet to write down quotes, scriptures, thoughts, and inspiration as we read and ponder the words of the General Conference talks.

I am loving how it turned out! I can’t wait to use it for this week’s talk.

I would love for you to join me on Periscope, you can find me by searching ‘Sheena Perron’ or Little LDS Ideas. But if you don’t join me…no worries. I would still love for you to use my General Conference Study Sheets.

Click HERE to print my General Conference Study Sheets!

Do you take time to study the conference talks? Which talk was your favorite? What goals have you made because of a talk that you heard during General Conference? I would love to hear! Just leave me a comment here or on Facebook or Twitter (yep, I’m on Twitter now).

Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you enjoy my Study Sheet, and are able to use it. Have a wonderful day!
