I am so excited to share my latest printable with all of you.
If you read my post from Thursday you will know that I am now serving in my ward’s Primary Presidency.
With any calling I have I like to have a binder that has all the information I might need. I like the binder to be organized, so I can find things quickly.
I decided to create some sheets to go into my Primary Binder. Since they took some time I decided to list them in my Etsy Shop.
There are 29 pages which include:
-Monthly Calendar Sheets with space for notes
-Month at a Glance Sheets {for each month}
– -Sharing Time Agenda {Opening Exercises}
-Primary Budget Sheet
-Primary Budget Tracker Sheet
-Goals
-Teacher Interview
About the Pages
Calendar Sheets
I always have to have a calendar in my binder. I love having a calendar because I can write down upcoming events, birthdays, etc. And they’re also nice to have during Presidency meetings.
I decided to create a ‘Month at a Glance’ sheets, something I’ve never had in my Binder. Here is what this sheet looks like:

I wanted a sheet that I could just ‘glance’ at and know when I’m conducting or in charge of Sharing Time. I also wanted all the birthdays, talks, prayers, etc. for that particular month in one place, so when I am conducting I can glance at my sheet and write down all the needed info onto my ‘Sharing Time/Opening Exercises’ sheet.
Budget Sheets
The next thing I wanted to include in my binder were some budget sheets. I am not the greatest at turning in my receipts…it’s usually at the end of the year that I think “Oh, I’ve got a few receipts to turn in.”
Now, if you don’t have a budget the president of the particular organization might have seen a lot of money left in their budget and decided to go out and use that money. Then….here I come with my stack of receipts to turn in, but there’s no more money or not enough money in the budget.
Here is what one of the Budget Sheets looks like. There is also a Budget Tracker sheet included.
This is where a budget comes in handy. The Primary is responsible for quite a few different things…Activity Days, Scouts, Nursery, etc. If the Activity Day Leader knows her limit then she will try her best to stay in that budget and you (the President) won’t have to worry about not having enough money or the stack of receipts at the end of the year. By using the budget sheets in my Planner Pages you will be organized and everyone will know how much they can spend for their organization.
Goals Sheet
President Monson said, “Without a goal, there can be no real success.”
The last time I served in the Primary Presidency the President always had a yearly goal and monthly goals. I loved that idea!
M Russell Ballard said this about goals, “Often the lack of clear direction and goals can waste our time and energy and contribute to imbalance in our lives….much like a care tire that is out of balance. It will make the operation of the car rough and unsafe. Tires in perfect balance can give a smooth and comfortable ride. So it is with life. The ride through mortality can be smoother for us when we strive to stay in balance.”
I think it is very important for us to set goals. But we can set many goals, but we must work on them and try to achieve it.
On the ‘Goals’ sheet I have a space to write a Yearly Goal as well as sections for monthly goals and to-do lists.
Teacher Interview Sheet
Lastly, I included a sheet of questions for teacher interviews. I think it’s important to meet with the Primary teachers to see how they are doing and to find out if they have any questions or concerns.
I wasn’t the best at this the last time I served in the Primary, but I am going to try harder to be better at teacher interviews. I want each teacher to know how much they are appreciated and how important they are to the children they teach.
“No greater responsibility can rest upon any man [or woman] than to be a teacher of God’s children.”
-David O. McKay

    I realize this post is about 1.5 yrs old, but I went to your Etsy shop to see about purchasing these sheets and I did not see it. Is it no longer available? Or did I just not look hard enough? Thanks for you help and your amazing organizing skills in putting these together!

      Sorry about that Lisa. I didn’t realize they weren’t in my shop anymore. I just renewed the listing, so you shouldn’t have anymore problems. 🙂
      Thanks so much!
