I am part of a Young Women Facebook group for Young Women Presidencies. I love these Facebook groups and the amazing ideas that are shared. Last month someone (her name was Colette) asked about a calendar that was created last year. She was searching for the original creator of this fabulous calendar, but no one responded. I commented and told her that I would love to re-create one for this year. Today I am sharing my 2019 Young Women Printables to help us all get organized and ready for 2019!
I didn’t see these printables last year, so I wasn’t able to use them. But I am so excited to use them this year, and even more excited that I was able to create these and share them with all of you. I loved the original layout of the calendar, monthly topics, personal progress, and notes all on one page.
At the top of the sheet you will find a calendar for that month. It is a blank calendar that is perfect for writing down important dates. I have included General Conference on the April and October sheets, as well as Easter and Christmas on April and December. Other than that, the calendars have nothing else, they’re ready for you to write!
Each month take a look at the list of topics found on my Monthly Topic sheet, or find the topics in the Come Follow Me manual. We just had a presidency meeting and talked about sitting down with our girls every first Wednesday to go over the topics and let them choose what they would like to teach/learn about that month. Then we’ll just put a little check or ‘x’ on the topics that were chosen.
Once you have decided on your topics, you can write them down on the calendar page under the Teaching Schedule section. You could also include the teacher’s name. The original printable didn’t have this, but I thought it would be good to include, so everyone knows who is teaching which week.
The next two sections are Personal Progress and Notes/Mutual Ideas. Each month, in the monthly overview, there is a list of personal progress experiences/projects that go with the topic for that month. I loved that this was included! This is the last year before changes are made to Personal Progress, so this is a great way to finish up and complete some experiences or projects.
The original calendar listed different mutual ideas, but I didn’t have time to sit down and think of ideas, and I thought this would be a great way to get the girls involved. When you discuss the monthly topics you could ask them what they would like to do for mutual. Each ward/branch is different, so I thought it was best to leave that section blank.
I really love this sheet and how everything is right there on one page. Just print them out and put them in your binder and you’re ready to go!
Young Women Monthly Tasks Printable
Colette was so kind to share pictures of the printables that she had been using, which made creating them a lot easier. On the back of the calendar sheet was a Monthly Task sheet. Once again I made a few modifications. I hope you like it!
On the monthly task sheet, which would be great for those conducting, you will see a section for birthdays, YW Info, Mutual Activities, Dates to Remember, and then Presidency Meeting Notes (this could be for YW Presidencies or Class Presidencies).
The YW Info section includes a line to write who is conducting that month, personal progress, and then several blank lines. If you focus on a value each month, the Personal Progress line would be perfect for that. Or you could write which experiences/projects you’re focusing on that month. The other blank lines are for anything else you’d like to add, just write it in.
The Mutual Activities section is where you can write in what you will be doing each Wednesday night, and any other notes that you might need to prepare.
The Dates to Remember section is exactly that, a space to write down any upcoming events: temple trips, firesides, Stake activities, dances, etc.
Presidency Notes section is just extra space to write down notes from presidency meetings or any other notes that you need to write down.
Would you like to use these Young Women 2019 Printables? Just click the links below to print. I have all 12 calendar sheets in one file, and then the monthly topic sheet and task sheet. If you’d like to print the monthly task sheet on the back of each calendar page, simply print out all of your monthly calendar sheets, and then place the pages back in your printer and print 12 copies of the monthly task sheets.
I hope you enjoy these 2019 Young Women Monthly Calendar & Task Sheet Printables, and use them to get a little more organized in 2019. I would love to hear if you use them, so be sure to leave a comment and let me know. Be sure to go take a look at my 2019 Young Women Binder Covers as well!
And Thank You to Colette for searching for an updated version of these amazing sheets. I am so glad that I was able to create them, and so excited to use them.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful day.
